Art’s Appliance was established in 1980 by Art Sonnenberg with the help and assistance of his wife Matilda and children, Don and Karla. Art chose to carry the GE line of appliances and Zenith Televisions. To enhance customer service, he added a full time in home and on premise repair services and parts sales.

By 1982, Art had two full time employees, Mark Boyd and his son Don. Don has operated the business since 1998, although Art remained active in the business until his death several years ago. Mark is still the appliance delivery and repair specialist. Many will remember Jerry Styburski who partnered with Mark with deliveries and repairs; Jerry passed away in February 2011 and is missed by all who knew him.

We still carry the GE & GE Hotpoint lines of appliances We also have in stock many models of Scratch and Dent appliances that carry the full manufacturer’s new product warranty.

Art’s Appliance remains a family business as Don’s children often assist with Sales, Service and deliveries; his Mom, Mutt as she is affectionately called by all, is still an active member of the business. We remain committed to provide the best products and services to our customers and community. The delivery of new appliances is often completed in less than 24 hours. We carry many repair parts for all lines of appliances in stock and if we don’t have it, we can get the part(s) in 1 – 2 days.
